Altfel spus cele 4 domenii din COBIT.

Va fi o postare …mai putin eclectică decît cea anterioară în care am vrut să spun un singur lucru: regulile după care se fac şi se conduc afacerile in IT-ul românesc trebuie să se schimbe. Odată cu vremurile.

Scriu rîndurile astea la cald, la o zi după examenul de COBIT. În curs s-a exemplificat PO10 Manage Projects:

“A programme and project management framework for the management of all IT projects is established. The framework ensures the correct prioritisation and co-ordination of all projects. The framework includes a master plan, assignment of resources, definition of deliverables, approval by users, a phased approach to delivery, QA, a formal test plan, and testing and post-implementation review after installation to ensure project risk management and value delivery to the business. This approach reduces the risk of unexpected costs and project cancellations, improves communications to and involvement of business and end users, ensures the value and quality of project deliverables, and maximises their contribution to IT-enabled investment programmes.”

Frumos spus. Mai departe, RACI Chart arată care sînt actorii implicaţi (cam mulţi în comparaţie cu realitatea de la noi). Un posibil răspuns la starea actuală din piaţă îl găsesc însă în modelul de maturitate:

Poate COBIT nu place tuturor.Nici ITIL.  De gustibus non est disputandum….

Atunci, cei care sînt în relaţie cu tehnologiile Microsoft, de ce nu se apropie de MOF? Cum justifică costurile cu licenţe pentru care nici praful nu se şterge?
